MME Blog Challenge

I love heading over to the MME blog on a daily basis...and some times more than once in a day!  And is't always around this time of the month that they do a Blog Challenge using a sketch.
So....as I was going through my stash of MME stuff to use...I realized that I have A LOT of it!  Mostly their little embellies and journalling cards, some brads and of course their layered stickers.
I came across a beautiful line that I have been hoarding (don't we all???) - Stella Rose Mabel.  It is so sweet with warm pieces and colors.  Here is the sketch....
And here is my take on it....Everything on the card is the MME Stella Rose Mabel line except for the vintage tissue flower, the brown lace trim and the teal green boarder sticker.  I made the tissue paper out of an old pattern that my mother in law brings me from the thrift store in her community.  The brown trim is Maya Road and the teal boarder is Basic Grey.  I love the warm colors and the pretty brads that go with it!

And...since I was so inspired by the colors and amazing product that I created another card just for kicks!  Again I used the same MME line however I also used a cream lace trim that I purchased from Fabric Land here in Winnipeg.  If you look hard there are some great trims at the fabric store that are very inexpensive and go great with everything!!!

Thanks for browsing my blog...it's always nice to see people stopping by!
